Everything. A wonderful location in a very friendly Austrian area, comfortable functional equipment, the possibility to have lunch outside - we really did it once. Good possibilities for trips, small towns in the vicinity, a beautiful baroque basilica very close. The atmosphere of the house was incredibly welcoming. Beautiful mixed forests around.
